Project name: Advanced Engine Control Systems (AECS)

Outputs of the UNIS project:
The R&D project is focused on a new generation of advanced, highly reliable, modular control and diagnostic systems for aircraft propulsion. The aim and result of the project will be a prototype of an aircraft engine control unit and a complex tester-simulator environment. The modular architecture of the control unit makes it possible to solve the demanding requirements of power units with redundant hydromechanical and fully electronic feedback. Modern methods of mathematical modeling, simulation and testing will be used in the development.

The project is implemented with the financial support of the European Structural and Investment Funds and the state budget through the Ministry of Industry and Trade of the Czech Republic.

Prototypes of FMC modular fuel and hydraulic actuators.

Outputs of the Bender Robotics project:
Prototypes of a test environment designed to verify the operation of the FMC1 control unit.
