let us inform you about an important event within our company.

By April of 15^th 2024, after more than 8 months of intensive negotiations with ORLEN Unipetrol, the transaction agreements between UNIS, a.s. and ORLEN Projekt Česká republika s.r.o. were signed.

With this transaction, ORLEN Projekt Česká republika s.r.o. further expands its activities and competences by taking over design and engineering services from the Brno-based companies UNIS and UNIS Power.

With this acquisition of 130 professionals, ORLEN Unipetrol Group will significantly strengthen its capabilities and capacities to implement its extensive investment plan, strategic development and transformation towards a sustainable future. The acquisition is scheduled to be completed on 2^nd of May 2024.

This transaction is a logical outcome of our company's cooperation on projects for the ORLEN Group. The teams are familiar with each other, so the transaction does not represent a major change in the work of the UNIS team. On the contrary, it brings new challenges for participation in future technologies within the group. In addition, UNIS' experience in foreign projects in not always easy countries can be useful for the ORLEN Group in case of expansion outside Europe.
