Waste processing is performed only by physical processes without the use of added adhesives or similar binders. No waste is generated during transformation, all cuttings and sawdust are returned to the process. At the end of their service life, the building boards produced in this way can be transformed again by the same process.
Specifically, processed waste is not dangerous, it is waste from the production of food and packaging materials, which ensures hygienic safety. Partial contamination does not change the character of the safe product, as the waste is processed under high temperatures.
The final product (building board) is water resistant, meets the non-flammability condition and has excellent mechanical properties, strength and flexibility.

UNIS provides the application part of the control system, design work, supervision during installation, commissioning and start-up. Material supplies such as the control system, a series of sensors for automated operation and power supply are provided by UNIS Ecoline s.r.o.

The line recycles 18 tons of waste per day, from which a total of 1,200 m2 of boards are produced. If we compare the final product with a wooden OSB board, we save 18 tons of wood material every day. Thanks to the inexpensive production raw material, the return on investment is only three years.
LISA TECH a.s. builds on the references of SMART TECHNIK a.s. (Iowa, USA; Philadelphia, USA; Connecticut, USA; Hamilton, New Zealand and Milevsko, Czech Republic) and records its first successes. It has successfully launched lines in Australia and Sweden. Deliveries of the line to Poland are underway and further negotiations with new bidders are ongoing.
