The intention to increase competitiveness and the constant demands of customers for the quality of services led UNIS in 1995 to build a quality management system in accordance with ISO 9001 standards.
To maintain the quality system, we emphasize:
- finding out customer requirements, monitoring and assessing their satisfaction, actively developing partnerships with customers for innovation management and further development of business activities,
- active management of the "improvement" process, both within the organization and in dealing with customers or suppliers or other organizations,
- involving all employees in the adoption of practical and realistic goals and plans at all levels in accordance with the development of the organization,
- continuous education, deepening and expanding the knowledge and skills of all company employees.
