AUTOMOTIVE PETROL PRODUCTION COMPLEX

Part of the extensive modernization of the Novoshakhtinsk refinery in the Rostov region of the Russian Federation is the construction of a complex for the production of AI-92 and AI-95 Euro-5 petrol.

UNIS, a.s. contributed to this stage by supervising the elaboration of the licensing documentation and its subsequent elaboration into the documentation of the initial project (Proektnaja Dokumentacyja), including obtaining the consent of the environmental and state expertise. The documentation was incorporated for technological units: Naphtha Hydrotreater - NHT, Continuous Catalytic Reforming - CCR, Isomerization - Penex and for auxiliary units - nitrogen station, boiler room, laboratory, office building, central control room building, power supply node and flare system. It also provided customer support in the purchase of equipment, in the form of processing inquiry requisitions. The technological licensor was the company UOP. Completion and handover of the design documentation took place on 15.02.2021. The documentation received a positive opinion of the Russian state expertise № 61-1-1-3-045373-2021. Based on the opinion, a building permit was issued and preparatory and construction work is currently underway.

Upon completion, the Novoshakhtinsk refinery complex will offer approximately 717,000 tons of gasoline of the 92, 95 Euro-5 class and approximately 2 million tons of diesel fuel per year.
