Regulation (EU) No 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council on the protection of individuals

UNIS, a.s. declares that it is processing within the meaning of Regulation (EU) No 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46 / EC (General Data Protection Regulation) (hereinafter referred to as the “Regulation”), the following personal data:

Personal identification data;
Contact information;
Bank details;

This data must be processed for sending commercial messages, questionnaires, required leaflets, prospectuses, annual reports. For data that have been transmitted in the framework of a contractual negotiation and data that have been submitted on the basis of a vacancy.

Your personal data is processed in our company:

correctly, lawfully and transparently;
solely for certain, explicit and legitimate purposes;
to the appropriate and necessary extent;
accurate and updated;
both manually and automatically;
for the time necessary;
in a manner that ensures appropriate safeguards, including protection against unauthorized or unlawful processing and accidental loss, destruction or damage;
only authorized employees, and only to the extent necessary for the fulfillment of individual processing purposes.

Please note that according to the Law of Data Protection Act you have the right to:

ask us for information about your personal data,
require an explanation from us regarding the processing of personal data
request access to this information from us and have it updated or corrected,
require us to delete this personal information - but such deletion may result in termination of the contract negotiations,
in case of doubt regarding compliance with the obligations related to the processing of personal data, please contact us or the Office for Personal Data Protection.

Personal data of third parties, which means personal data of employees, customers, business partners and other natural persons involved in cooperation with UNIS, a.s. other data provided by UNIS, a.s. received in connection with the conclusion or performance of the contract, will be processed in accordance with applicable legislation in the field of personal data protection.

The principles of personal data processing are valid from May 25, 2018.
